ArtVR 2026 is operated by ArtVR LLC (“ArtVR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and retained when you use the ArtVR 2026 mobile application and related services.
This policy applies only to ArtVR 2026. It does not apply to the legacy ArtVR application.
ArtVR 2026 allows participating galleries to create privately curated art collections for their customers. A gallery may provide you with an access code linked to a collection selected specifically for you.
Your activity within that collection is recorded and made available to the gallery that issued your access code. This helps its authorized curators and sales representatives understand your interests and assist you in evaluating artworks.
